An image of a tack for messaging non-permanence?

This was another sign found in a local library in Espoo, Finland. It was located in the children's section with a text "EXCITEMENT TO SUMMER VACATION" with a cartoon character doing some exploration with a magnifying glass. (Plus a decorative book and a magnifying glass.)

One could focus on the monolingual aspect of this sign, but what really caught my attention is the image/icon of a tack on the top left corner. This was taped to a shelf, which is also a quite non-permanent way of installation, but a quite invisible one.

To me the image of the tack is creating an illusion of an announcement being attached to a notice board. And (to me) a core idea of such notices is non-permanence. So a part of the sign is made to simulate a less permanent sign vessel. And I find this fascinating!
