This post is part of our Boring series, where one Tuesdays we sometimes post analyses on signs we did not find particularly interesting. The idea is to offset personal biases.
Here we have a picture of my bath robes washing instructions. The text simply describes in various languages that it is made from cotton and should be washed separately and the images use the international washing instruction symbols describing how it should be washed. We assume the number series at the top are some product identifier codes of the manufacturer.
Normally we find a great deal of interest in the language choices of signage, but here we presume that this is simply a list of languages used in the target countries where this batch of bath robes was sold in.
