These signs were in the map of the Korkeasaari Zoo in Helsinki, Finland. Side by side they forbid two things. On the one hand, birds are not to be fed. On the other hand, they are not to be beaten with a stick. I find it funny that these would be placed side by side, almost as if forming a scale of possible bird-targeted behaviors from beating to feeding.
I guess the leftmost "don't beat birds with a stick" could be in the context of zoos to be understood as a more general sense of "please do not disturb the animals", but on the other hand the rightmost "don't feed the birds" post feels1 more directly targeting birds.
The color scheme is also interesting. The background has gotten the red "no" color, while the boundary is white with a black slash over the intended behavior. To my eyes this does make these two signs pop out from the rest of the map while emphasizing the forbidden aspect of the communication.

Which I think is a bit funny since they both display a human (hand) and a bird. But somehow the bird feeding seems more specific, maybe due to the fact that signs forbidding bird feeding are slightly more common in the urban environment? ↩
